A new movie called Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure is opening in theaters on Wednesday August 29th & it’s the first family interactive feature film & musical to hit theaters. During the opening title sequence, the audience will get to play an active role in the adventure & it continues with a variety of visual & auditory cues during the movie to encourage kids & their parents to get up & dance & sing & interact with each other. I love the fact that kids are encouraged to get up & dance & sing – this sounds like it will be right up my girls’ alley! They love any & every opportunity to dance & sing!

The Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure is a simple story of a loving friendship, a surprise birthday party and a big adventure. Kenn Viselman is the producer of Oogieloves & he has also produced a number of hit children’s movies & shows – everything from Thomas the Tank Engine to Teletubbies. He wanted to create a movie that kids could interact with & get the family having fun together during the movie. The movie stars Toni Braxton, Christopher Lloyd, Jaime Pressly, Cloris Leachman, Chazz Palminteri & Cary Elwes. This movie is rated G.

To celebrate the opening of the Oogieloves Big Balloon Adventure, 15 Thrifty NW Mom readers will win a Oogieloves movie prize pack. Each prize pack includes a poster, Frisbee, beach ball, stickers & glitter stencil tattoo kits.

This giveaway will end on Thursday August 30th at 9pm pst.
