Guest Post from Stephanie at My Frugal Lifestyle:
Hey guys! It’s me, Stephanie from My Frugal Lifestyle. Remember me? I’m the girl with all the fun frugal tips! Last month I had a fun frugal beauty tip and I explained how you can use plain yogurt as a facial cleanser. This month I’m going to do a post on how to put the shine back into your stainless steel sink without having to go out and buy an expensive cleaner.
If you have a stainless steel sink and it’s starting to look a little on the dull side, then buff it out with flour. Pretty cheap, huh? That’s what I was thinking! Just sprinkle flour over your sink and rub it in gently with a soft dry cloth. Once your done rubbing your flour into your sink, then rinse your sink to remove the flour. Your stainless steel sink will sparkle!

This is fantastic! I’m going to try this right now because for once my sink is actually free of dirty dishes. Such a neat tip!

Interesting! What a great tip.
I usually use baking soda. Haven’t tried flour. Neat idea!
I just tried it….works great! I used baking soda to scrub it out, then dry it out. Then I buff it out with the flour. It’s as good as new!
