Submit Campground Review Earn Amazon Gift Card

The Northwest is one of the best areas in the country to go camping with the variety of  mountains, lakes, streams, beaches & more to explore.  We’d love to hear what your favorite campgrounds are and why you love them!  We are looking for campgrounds around Washington, Oregon, Idaho, & British Columbia.

If we publish your Campground Review, we will email you a $10 Amazon Gift Card within 2 weeks. There is no limit on how many campground reviews you can submit, so it might be a nice way to earn some Amazon Gift Cards! We know you all love Amazon! :)

We are also accepting submissions for Park Reviews as well, where you can earn a $10 Amazon Gift Card if we use your park review on the site.

Keep in Mind:

  • Please do not copy/paste any info from a park or other website, but share the information about the campground in your own words. The more details, the better so that we can all learn more about the park.
  • We need at least 3 good quality pictures, but if you have more pictures of the various aspects of the campground even better! We’d love to have good, quality pictures that give readers an idea of what the campground is like.
  • Pictures need to be taken by you or a friend/family member (with their permission) & not taken from other websites.
  • We ask that the main image of the campground  not include any close-ups of people or family members if possible.
  • Other pictures can include your family members if needed; we just ask that you not include close-up pictures of people if you do not have permission to use their picture (far away pictures are ok).
  • We will not be able to use every campground review submitted, but if we do use your review, we will email you a $10 Amazon Gift Card within 2 weeks.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the review and bio as necessary to shorten, add / take out information, etc.
  • Once you submit the form, you are giving your consent for all the information & pictures you submit to belong to Thrifty Northwest Mom to be used on our website & social media sites.

  • Please state the city & state where the campground is located (or close to) & a website link to the campground if available. If there is no website, then please share the address and/or brief directions.
  • Share any information about what type of camp locations they have (tent, RV hookups, cabins/yurts, locations on a river/lake, etc). Also, if you can share any costs for camping (if there is a website, we can gather some of that info as well) but we'd love to know if the sites are close together, trees in between, etc
  • What type of amenities do they offer? Pool, lake for swimming, bike rentals, showers, types of bathrooms, firewood, etc?
  • What are your favorite activities to do around the campground - is it close to a town, great hiking trails, lakes for swimming, boating, etc?
  • Tell us why you love this park - we'd love to hear at least 2 paragraphs about what it is that you love most about this campground and anything else you think families should know about this campground. Feel free to also share any concerns you have about the campground for people to be aware of as well.
  • We'd love to see your photos of the campground. We ask that you include at least 1 picture of the campground without close-ups of people or family members to use as our main picture for the campground. Other pictures can include your family members using the campground; we just ask that you not include close-up pictures of people if you do not have permission to use their picture (far away pictures are ok)
