Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 Bag of Tortilla chips
- 1 (12) oz bag of Mexican Cheese Mix, Shredded (you could really use just about any cheese you prefer to put on nachos here)
- Leftover Teriyaki Chicken, Shredded (1 to 2 breasts)
- 1/3 C. of Feta Cheese
- Chopped Cilantro, to taste
- Hot Sauce (your favorite) (approximately 1 tablespoon, or to taste)
Instructions
- This recipe is so simple, start by preheating your oven to 350 (or you can broil them, but watch closely if you do this so you do not burn your chips or cheese)
- Next spread your your tortilla chips out in a deep dish pan
- Cover evenly with the shredded cheese
- Top with the shredded chicken and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly (approximately 5 minutes)
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with the Cilantro, and Feta Cheeses.
- Lastly, top off with a few splashes of Hot Sauce (I like to do this once the nachos are on a plate, that way I can add as much hot sauce as each individual likes, based on their spice preference).
Notes
Perfect to use with leftover chicken!
