Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup whole rolled oats (or quick oats)

1/2 cup Milk (whichever milk is your preference – cow’s milk, coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, etc)

Mini Marshmallows

Honey to sweeten (1/2 tbsp per jar of oatmeal)

Mini chocolate bar


Instructions

  1. Fill a jar with 1/2 cup of oats. Pour in milk just to reach the top of the oats and mix. Sweeten with honey (I suggest about ½ tablespoon)
  2. Set jar in fridge overnight with a lid (or use any airtight container)
  3. When you are ready to eat, top with mini marshmallows & chocolate bar and enjoy!
