The $5 credit did not apply on the order, but there was no way to know that until after entering credit information and finalizing purchase. So I think $10 off is the max you can get. A little bummed about that…
Shana- I’d contact Customer Service, that referral credit should come off any order as long as its your first.
if you used paypal, it wont credit you for it and it does tell you that. that’s what kept me from ordering yesterday..wanted to use paypal but didn’t want to lose my credits. otherwise, contact their Service dept:-)
