Description
Simple Rosemary Chicken Ramen Recipe. This is simple, delicious, filling and affordable!
Ingredients
- 1 Large or 2 thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 package of roasted chicken Ramen noodles & seasoning
Instructions
- Coat chicken breasts with pepper, garlic, and rosemary and fry in olive oil until no longer pink in the middle and nicely browned on the outside.
- While this is cooking, prepare the Ramen noodles by boiling and draining then adding the seasoning packet. Toss until combined.
- Remove chicken from the pan and slice chicken breasts into slices and serve over the Ramen noodles.
- Optional- you can add the remaining oil/drippings from the pan or drizzle a small bit of olive oil over the dish.
- Garnish with additional rosemary or a slice of lemon and enjoy.
Notes
Can squeeze a lemon wedge for a light lemon flavor. Can use a mushroom flavored Ramen as well. I used 2 thin sliced chicken breasts or you can slice 1 large chicken breast in half lengthwise.
