Ramen Stir Fry Recipe
I love this ramen stir fry recipe, as it not only helps me keep my grocery budget in control, but also makes putting a delicious meal on the table for my family really easy. I have teens, and they always have ramen in the house, so if there is one ingredient I can count on cooking with, it is ramen noodles. They like teen friendly recipes (like cheesy ramen and spicy ramen) but it inspired me to start looking for more family friendly recipes I could use to make dishes the whole family would like with the many packs of ramen noodles we have in the pantry.
This ramen stir fry recipe is one of my very favorites. We provide a recipe below, to outline how we prefer to make it, but this recipe should really be more of an inspiration for you to use, and adjust to whatever you have in your fridge, or what your family likes to eat. That is one of my very favorite things about making Ramen Stir Fry… I have the ramen in my cupboards, and then can use whatever ingredients I have in my fridge and freezer to put together a meal for my family in a very short time. This is perfect for busy weeknights especially.
In this particular recipe we use an egg for our protein (well because it is generally the most affordable option), but you can also use diced or shredded chicken, pork or beef if you have some of that on hand. I will often buy this shaved beef that I use to add to our stir fry or ramen meals too, that is pretty affordable and super simple to make – it cooks up in minutes and my kids love it, in case you want something more than eggs in your ramen stir fry).
