Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- cooking spray
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp crushed pecans
- Boneless pork chops (3-4 or however many you prefer for your family)
Instructions
- Combine honey, Dijon mustard, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, lemon juice, and pecans in a bowl and stir.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat.
- Sprinkle pork with salt, pepper & Montreal steak seasoning.
- Cook two minutes each side until brown.
- Reduce heat to medium low and add honey mixture.
- Cook 10 minutes or until done, turning pork once.
