My friend ordered a canvas for free and only received a confirmation # but no word on when it was shipped or when it was to be received. No contact phone # is given on their website, only way to contact them is via e-mail and it takes them 48 hrs to respond. I tired to order today and it said it couldnt take my payment, even though my debit card is legit and I have $$ in my account. ANy one else havign these issues with Canvas People?
