Ingredients

- 2 pkgs of cream cheese, softened
- 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, pumpkin, powdered sugar, cinnamon & ginger.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve with cookies or fruit. I like to use thin ginger snaps cookies, or graham crackers or vanilla wafers also work well.
