Easy Chicken Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Sweet Mini Bell Peppers (red, yellow, orange)
  • 1 Jalapeno (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 1 (14 oz) bottle of Teriyaki Sauce 
  • Romaine Lettuce


Instructions

  1. First chop up the sweet mini bell peppers and the jalapeno.
  2. In a saute pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add in the ground chicken and the peppers.
  4. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and drain any excess liquid from the pan.
  5. Season with a little red pepper flakes and add in the bottle of Teriyaki Sauce.
  6. Simmer for a few minutes and then spoon into romaine lettuce leaves to serve.
