- 3 Sweet Mini Bell Peppers (red, yellow, orange)
- 1 Jalapeno (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- Red pepper flakes
- 1 (14 oz) bottle of Teriyaki Sauce
- Romaine Lettuce
Instructions
- First chop up the sweet mini bell peppers and the jalapeno.
- In a saute pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add in the ground chicken and the peppers.
- Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and drain any excess liquid from the pan.
- Season with a little red pepper flakes and add in the bottle of Teriyaki Sauce.
- Simmer for a few minutes and then spoon into romaine lettuce leaves to serve.
