Description
This Homemade Whipped Cream is a great topping for sweets or coffee. Kick up the flavor a notch with flavorings like rum extract or lemon!
Ingredients
1 Cup Heavy Cream (chilled)
2 tbs Powder Sugar
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract (or whatever flavorings you like – rum extract is one of my favorites! If your making Lemon cake, try adding lemon extract, etc. )
Instructions
Add your Cream to your mixer bowl. Start to beat on med. speed, while adding powder sugar and flavoring. Then turn your mixer up a notch and whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat, if you want the best texture.
