H&M is having a big 4th of July Sale with items starting at $4! There are a handful of items in each department (Womens, Mens, Kids and Home) for just $4 ea! This would be a great way to grab some summer clothes or decor on a budget right now.

Chances are the $4 items may sale out, so I would shop early for best selection. There are a number of items for under $10 too.
